Ammdent Pit and Fissure Sealant is a pit & fissure sealant majorly used in paediatric dentistry

INDICATIONS :-

• A history of dental caries
• Deep retentive pits and fissures
• Early signs of dental caries
• Poor plaque control
• Enamel defects, such as enamel hypoplasia
• Orthodontics appliances
  

• 1 x 2 gm tube

STEP 1: Isolation of tooth

STEP 2: Tooth preparation

STEP 3: Acid etching tooth surface (Recommended etching time: 15-60secs)

STEP 4: Wash & rinse tooth surface

STEP 5: Application of bonding agent

STEP 6: Application of sealant

STEP 7: Curing the sealant

STEP 8: Explor the tooth surface form left over pits or voids that may have not been sealed

STEP 9: Evaluation of occlusion

STEP 10: Recall & re-evaluation
